Salary Range: $19-$21/hr.

Job Description:
As we prepare to move into our newly constructed headquarters building, we are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. In this critical role, you will serve as the “face” of P&CG to employees who call or visit our facility. This role will also perform a variety of administrative duties to support our different businesses.
Specific duties of the Receptionist will include, but not be limited to:
- Greet incoming guests and employees visiting our new Headquarters building and direct them to the right place.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls.
- Maintain the working order of printers and other office equipment; order and install supplies as required.
- Ensure office supplies are replenished as needed.
- Handle requests to support group meetings (book conference rooms, organize lunch, meeting room set-up, etc.).
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying & transcribing. This may increase, once we are settled in the new HQ and determine the needs of the staff.
- Retrieve/Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts
- Work to get content posted
- Assist with website inquiries and all incoming employment applications
- Coordinate responses to social media posts, as required
- Manage other administrative processes as assigned, which will initially include:
- Ordering business cards
- Ordering new and replacement cell phones
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of working in customer service, receptionist or office administrative environment; construction experience is a big plus
- EXCELLENT customer service skills
- Ability to relate well to a variety of personalities
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Diplomacy
- Proactive; demonstrates a great degree of initiative to be helpful and add value to P&CG
- Able to handle confidential information discreetly
Physical Requirements:
- This job is primarily carried out in an office setting
- Incumbents must be able to use a computer for extended periods of time
- Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Able to navigate an office environment
- Basic dexterity to keep equipment up and running
- Must be able to occasionally lift items of up to 25 pounds in weight
